HR Clerk

The HR Clerk will provide administrative and clerical support to our Human Resources team assisting with filing, date entry, maintenance of employee files, and other administrative duties.

Position details:

  • Shift/hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p


  • File paperwork into HR filing system daily
  • Maintain and organize employee files 
  • Assist with data entry of information into HRIS system
  • Assist with coverage of the front desk reception as needed, answering phones, assisting with mail, and maintaining break room kitchen
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • Six months to one year of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel
  • Effective written and oral communication
