Divisional Director of Quality Assurance

The District Director of Quality Assurance will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Sales and work with communities to ensure all policies, procedures, and systems are in place and operating as anticipated across the company. This role will travel to all communities in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Florida, and California, but will be based out of the corporate office in Fort Worth. During community visits, the District Director of Quality Assurance will work with each departmental area (Business Services, Culinary, Maintenance, Resident Services, Lifestyles/Pathways, Sales) to ensure each community operates within the standards of Sagora.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior housing management including Executive Director roles
  • Multi-community experience preferred in a regional or specialist capacity
  • Strong understanding of state regulations for assisted living
  • Budgetary and fiscal management skills
  • Extensive experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as this position has direct contact with numerous departments within and outside the company
